Responsible for the financial management, strategic direction of the practice and overall leadership of all non-clinical functions and the practice management team and also operational management of Practice, Premises and Regulatory Functions - Miss Christina Gregory (f) - Training & Development Manager
Responsible for the allocation of workload and training and development of staff
Three secretaries are able to process referrals and answer patient enquiries concerning communications between the Practice and other agencies, e.g. Hospitals
The administrative team is responsible for reception, answering the telephones, booking appointments, preparing prescription requests for authorisation, updating and summarising patients’ medical records including uploading and coding clinical letters received using workflow optimisation techniques.
All members of staff are happy to assist patients with any enquiries.
